The server keeps the record
A connection can stop an animation after a round has been recorded. Each spin request has its own identifier. The stored outcome and balance do not depend on the animation finishing in your browser.
Repeating that identifier retrieves the same outcome without another deduction. A pending bonus choice remains attached to the round.
Use Retry in the same game
Keep the game open and use Retry. Return to the relevant game to finish a pending choice. Avoid rapid refreshes or starting more play tabs while the state is unresolved.
If your session has expired, sign in again and review your credit activity. An account balance persists; guest access and its balance remain temporary.
Send a useful report
Tell Support the title, approximate time, what stopped and any displayed round reference. Include your browser if loading itself fails. Never send a password.
A repeated animation or a slow header update does not by itself prove that an award was duplicated. The recorded credit activity gives a clearer trail.
