A game is still loading
Check your connection, close unused tabs and use Retry loading. Modern browsers with hardware acceleration provide the best reel presentation. Your recorded account balance is not stored only in the animation.
A round was interrupted
Use Retry in the same game first. Keep the game name and approximate time if you contact us. Never share your password. Read the recovery guide
I cannot sign in
Check the email address and use password recovery if needed. An active account break blocks access until its recorded end time.
Credits and guest visits
Guest and account balances are separate. A guest visit lasts up to two hours. Registered members can collect daily credits from My sanctum; credits cannot be bought.
Privacy or Player Care
Choose the relevant topic in the form. For an immediate account break, use the direct controls on Player Care instead of waiting for a message.
